Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Value Cart Mart exclusively offers Cash on Delivery (COD). Since payments are collected upon delivery, approved refunds for eligible returns will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed refund method. Refunds cannot be issued in cash at the time of pickup or delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
